I am trying my best to get into better shape and I love the idea of this website that I came across, especially if you are new to exercise and lifting light weights. It is an interactive application where you can click on various parts on the the woman's body, click on it, and it will take you to a page of exercise's that target that specific part of the body. All the exercise's can be done from home and I think that is a major plus for a lot of people who don't like the gym atmosphere or just enjoy working out at home on your own schedule!
